Hi & Welcome !
I would like to welcome everyone to this year's 10th Annual Sugar
Glider GetAway here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I hope this years SGGA will be
as eventful for all who have attended past
SGGA's and an exciting & wonderful experience for all of our newbie
& first timers. Please let's get together & reminisce with old
friends and make new ones. I would like to thank everyone for helping
make this event possible, so let's make this one an unforgettable
event.
Meals !
Friday Welcoming
Party:
will be held on July 25th from 5:00pm to 10:00pm in ( ......to be
announced "Room or at ? Restaurant" ........)
This will be an informal gathering to welcome you to Tulsa. There will
be a snacks and non alcoholic beverages for you, your family. A fruit
tray will be available for your sugargliders. Everyone is encouraged to
come by and introduce themselves. (This meal is being donated by The
Glider Initiative Group)
Saturday Morning:
A
Hot Breakfast Buffet will be available in the Chisolm Restaurant (on
the ground floor by main entrance of the hotel) from 6:00am to 9:00am.
Saturday Afternoon:
Box lunches will be served in the hospitality rooms #504 & 508 from
12:00 noon until 1:00pm. All registered attendees of the SGGA are
invited
Saturday Evening:
Our Around the World Luau Dinner will be served in the hotel courtyard
& pool area from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. There will be 4 food stations
with your choice of: American, Chinese, Italian & Mexican food
groups. All registered attendees of the SGGA are invited

(3) Signs to look for in an ailing or sick glider
(4) How to Re-hydrate and sub-q a sick or ailing Joey or glider
(using regular saline solution or dextrose solution)
(5) Why we shouldn’t house rodents such as: rats, hamsters, squirrels,
gerbils, degus together with gliders & complications that could
happen
(6) Mating wounds (new Tricide with Baytril Solution for wound
treatment),
(7) Tail injuries (why & when to amputate)

Vending !
Vending will be held from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM on Saturday evening in
the Taos & Navajo Rooms following the conference. All conference
attendee's are invited to come shopping.
Vendors will be
able
to set up Friday Night from 8:00pm until 12:00 midnight & will also
be allowed in the vending rooms during dinner time on Saturday evening
to finish setting up before the doors are opened at 7:00pm. Only the
vendors who have paid reserved space will be allowed access to these
rooms.
Vendors please
contact
Karin (Glider Daydreams or Anita (Sweetgliders)) if you need in
the vending rooms. These rooms will be kept locked at all times until
ready for shopping.
Many vendors will offer discounts only available at the SGGA. So be
sure to stop by and check out the great & maybe one of a kind item
they may have to offer.
