Thank you to
everyone that has supported and endorsed the SGGA for what it stands
for. You have made the SGGA what it is today and will be tomorrow. ok
Always
held the last saturday of July, and moving from state to state. The
SGGA
is
about people gathering to talk and exchange ideas about sugar gliders.
The MAIN focus of the SGGA is and always will be education and
community unification. To see hands on how different people do things,
discussing different views and techniques as well as meeting face to
face the people you see on net, are all experiences that is invaluable.
We watch MAGIC happen, and some we create on our own. The friendships
made, OLD and NEW will always be a huge part of the SGGA.
Anything can
happen at an SGGA, there may be tears, there will be lots of laughs,
smiles and heartwhelming stories. The SGGA is what you want it to be,
it is what you make it. You will get out of it, what you want, there
should be very few questions regarding gliders and their care left
unanswered in your head when you leave.
The actual conference will start
Saturday
morning on Saturday July
25th 2009. There is many things that are
planned and other surprises that people have up their sleeves.
The registration fee will include admission to the
conference,
the raffle, and the vending areas, regardless if you plan on
attending them or not. It also will
include a lunch on Saturday.
The Friday night welcoming
festivities including the food and drink will be paid for with the
donations collected from the Jackpot
Give Away
Many
people will arrive at the SGGA a day or two before the actual
conference
just to meet up with old friends or make new ones. Some will want to
tour
around the local sites. Some will also stay a day later just to visit
some
more or rest before heading home.
Please think
of
your
first time as
an opportunity to meet as many people as you can and speak to as many
as you can. There are many that have attended for many many years and
they may seem more comfortable and relaxed, soon they too will make you
feel right at home. Give everyone a chance, you will find that the real
people behind the names are not always what you may think they are,
some may really suprise you.
Sugar Gliders
are
welcome to the event.
The BML Mix and HPW will be provided ,
You will need to bring everything else that you may need for the care
and feeding of your babies.

Gliders, Friends, Education and
Fun

thinking they are weird. |
